Membership Fee – $10.00 entitles you to electric service in the name of the membership.

Opportunity to attend DREMC’s Annual Membership Meeting to participate in the election of directors, business session and decision making process of your cooperative.
A subscription to The Tennessee Magazine which contains information about your cooperative. The magazine is mailed to your home each month. Members attending Board meetings:
Members of the Cooperative may attend meetings of the Board of Directors to view and listen as the Board transacts the business of the Cooperative. Members desiring to address or be heard by the Board must make application to appear and will be scheduled pursuant to the meeting’s written agenda or other business considerations.
Members desiring to speak at any meeting of the Board of Directors must submit in writing to the office of the President and Chief Executive Officer a concise statement of the specific matter to be presented or discussed so it can be placed on the agenda. The request must be submitted at least 5 working days (excluding observed holidays) prior to the scheduled date and time of the meeting.
Members will not be permitted to attend meetings of the Board of Directors, unless specifically invited, at times when items related to litigation, any official investigation, personnel matters or issues of a proprietary nature are scheduled for discussion or if the Board is in Executive Session.
