02 Jul DREMC to perform billing system maintenance July 4
DREMC will be performing scheduled maintenance of our UPN billing system on Thursday, July 4, while the office is closed for the holiday. This system maintenance will interrupt member access to online billing and payment options as well as online outage reporting. This update will also interrupt your use of DREMC’s mobile app and the ability to make payments via phone call to our office.
At this time, we do not know how long the system maintenance will take.
If you need to report an outage during the scheduled maintenance, please call one of the after-hours (emergency) numbers listed below under OFFICES. Dispatchers are on duty 24/7 to assist you, including holidays.
