05 Aug Online, phone payments interrupted by possible nationwide internet issues
DREMC is currently experiencing issues with payments being made using credit/debit cards and also the electronic check option. This same issue occurred last week as DREMC member had difficulty making payments through DREMC’s website, mobile app and by phone. This is again a temporary problem, and other parties that provide payment services to DREMC have been notified and are working quickly resolve the issues. DREMC officials were informed after last week’s payment interruption that “a scattered, nationwide internet service issue” is the cause of the payment problem locally.
