From 2015 Holiday Foods Program
2 cups pureed and strained watermelon
2 cups ice cubes
1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
1/2 cup cold water
To make watermelon juice, puree watermelon meat (seeds removed) in a blender then strain though a mesh strainer. Measure 2 cups and return to blender. Add ice, lemonade concentrate and water, and blend on medium speed until ice breaks down. Makes 5-6 servings.
