DREMC has scheduled maintenance of the billing system for Monday, July 5, while the office is closed for the holiday. This lengthy process will interrupt billing and payment options as well as outage reporting using DREMC’s website and mobile app. It will also affect members’ ability to make payments via phone.
At this time, we do not know how long the system maintenance will take.
The advanced meter at your location automatically detects service interruptions and alerts DREMC, however, if members need to report details about an outage, please call your local DREMC office. Dispatchers are on duty 24/7 to assist, including holidays.
