With Duck River Electric’s mobile app, you can save time, simplify payments, and stay connected to your cooperative and electric account.
Use the DREMC App to opt-in to notifications, including:
- Outage Alerts to know when the power goes out and for when it is restored. Especially useful when you are away from home!
- Daily Energy Use Notifications via text or email to keep track of how much electricity you use.
- Payment Reminders so you never miss your electric bill due date.
- Alerts for High- and Low-Energy Use and Billing Thresholds so there are no surprises.
- Payment Confirmations to know when your payment is received.
How to get started:
- DOWNLOAD the free app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- SIGN IN / CREATE ACCOUNT using your DREMC account credentials. Create an account if you’re new to the cooperative.
- EXPLORE tools and take control of your electric service.
