The survey invitation is legitimate and is being sent to a randomly selected group of Duck River Electric members. Members who receive the email are encouraged to participate and share their feedback.

The Power Pulse Index survey takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Responses are confidential and will be used to help Duck River Electric identify what is working well, where improvements may be needed and how the cooperative can continue serving members effectively.

Because only a select group of members will receive the survey, not every Duck River Electric member will receive an email invitation. Members who are selected should look for an email related to the Power Pulse Index survey.

Duck River Electric reminds members to use caution with any unexpected email. The Power Pulse Index survey will not ask members for payment information, banking information, account passwords or Social Security numbers.
