Out of concern for the health and wellbeing of members and staff, effective at noon on Monday, Dec. 21, DREMC lobbies will be closed to the public through Jan. 8, 2021.
Drive-thru service and all other methods of contacting DREMC will remain available.
Your safety is our priority, and we are committed to providing the highest level of service via contactless options. Payments, outage reporting and monitoring, service requests are all available via the website, mobile app and by calling any DREMC office.
“Although the office lobbies will be closed, we remain committed to providing Duck River Electric members with exceptional service,” says DREMC President and CEO Scott Spence.
“We appreciate your understanding and are here to serve the members,” Spence adds.
