Software update to interrupt online billing, payment access

DREMC will be running a software update on Thursday, June 6, beginning at 6:30 p.m. that will interrupt member access to online billing and payment options as well as online outage reporting. This update will also interrupt your use of DREMC’s mobile app. The software update is expected to take up to one hour.

If you need to report an outage during the scheduled update time, please call one of the after-hours (emergency) numbers listed below under OFFICES. Dispatchers are on duty 24/7 to assist you.
