Please take our service survey. Periodically, DREMC contracts with outside survey companies to contact our membership to see how we are doing. If you are called by someone conducting a survey on behalf of DREMC, we would appreciate your taking a few moments to answer their questions.
Please keep in mind that the call will originate from an out-of-state area code (919, 601, 484 or 208), and the name on your caller ID will be Data Decisions Group or SDS research, not DREMC.
We want to know the following:
- How was your experience when conducting transactions, whether it was in person, over the phone or online?
- How satisfied were you if you encountered our right-of-way clearing services?
- You may be asked questions regarding your energy use habits.
In some cases, you will be given the option to leave a comment and have someone from DREMC contact you regarding your concern or comment.
You will never be asked questions related to your electric account balance or requests for payment over the phone. If you receive such a call that you did not initiate, please do not provide any personal information. Promptly hang up, and contact your local DREMC office as soon as possible.
