To apply for new electric service with Duck River Electric Membership Corporation:
- STEP 1: Click here to download the online service application. Be sure to include your signature at the bottom of the form using the options provided. The application cannot be validated without the signature(s).
- STEP 2: Upload two forms of identification for each person to be listed on the account. This should include your driver’s license and one other acceptable form of ID. Acceptable forms of ID must include the applicant’s name and can be in the form of the following:
- Driver’s license or a government-issued ID (required)
- Social Security Card
- Voter registration
- Employee ID
- STEP 3: Click “next” to advance the pages of the service application. The following pages make it easy for you to opt in for convenient programs and services designed to help you get the most from your membership. You can apply online or in person at the DREMC office nearest you.
- STEP 4: Submit your completed service application to Duck River Electric.
